We ship every product we sell from warehouses in the United States. We have two warehouses, one in Connecticut and one in Virginia. Where we ship from depends on which product you order. Because of some recent occurrences, products will ship out 12 to 48 hours after the order has been placed. If you are unsatisfied with our service in any form during that period, or change your mind, please let us know.
All orders placed domestically, meaning from inside the United States of America or its territories, are free for orders above $50 and have a $5 shipping charge when under $50. However, any orders made outside the U.S.A. or its territories are subject to a $20 shipping charge.
Also, when shipping an order internationally, any batteries added to the order will be refunded if we cannot install them in the item being shipped. A new restriction from local delivery services enforces lithium-ion batteries be installed in the equipment that uses them when traveling by air. Ground shipments are mostly unaffected by this and will be treated on a case by case basis as needed.
There are times when we don't have the item that you ordered in stock. When this happens, we have to order it from the manufacturer. If that happens it could be a couple of days to a couple of weeks before we receive it. We will let you know when this happens via email and give you an ETA of when your flashlight should arrive on your door step. We hope you understand that when this unfortunate situation occurs we aren't fully in control of the timing. If you would like to cancel your order, we will give you a full refund.
